[SG EATS] All I Want For Christmas Is At Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Christmas season is all about gathering and feasting. Time flies and it is already one year after the last christmas. Four Seasons Hotel Singapore offers semi-buffet dinner and Sunday Brunch at One-Ninety Restaurant for this wonderful time. Apart from these, festive takeaways are available on the e-store as well.

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore-Fresh Seafood on Ice
We had the opportunity to savour some of the dishes for this festive season. We kick start with Fresh Seafood on Ice, which is available only during Christmas Eve Semi-Buffet Dinner, Christmas Day Brunch and Semi-Buffet Dinner. If you are familiar by now, this beautiful seafood tower full of fresh seafood.Fresh seafood includes maine lobster, king crab, mussels, spanner crab, scallops, prawns and tuna served with pouring of infused scents of dry ice onto the tower.
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore-Handmade Egg Tagliolini with Stracciatella Cheese, Poached Carabineros Prawns and Lobster Bisque.
Then, we were served Handmade Egg Tagliolini with Stracciatella Cheese, Poached Carabineros Prawns and Lobster Bisque.Al dente pasta with creamy texture from the cheese and robust flavours from the prawns and lobster bisque. This is available only for Festive Semi-Buffet Dinner.
Westholme Wagyu
We also had the opportunity to savour the melt-in-the-mouth Westholme Tri Wagyu Tasting Menu. This is available only for Festive Semi-Buffet Dinner. There are a total of three cuts prepared in three ways to bring out the unique flavour profiles of each cut.

Grilled Striploin MB7 with Chimichurri Sauce has the wonderful roasted and caramelised aroma, tender and juicy with buttery flavours.
Slow Roasted Rump Cap MB5 with Black Truffle, Garlic Chips. Flavours are well-balanced with tones including brassica and game meat resulting in a pleasing structural bite. And the Garlic Chips served along with it were simply addictive.
Thirty-Six Hours Slow Cooked Aka Miso Marinated Short Ribs MB5 is my favourite. Succulent and rich in flavours and not to mentioned the amazing texture after braising for hours. It was so good to have it on its own. No sauce is needed at all.
This Tasting Menu is priced at S$78.00++ per pax and S$98.00++ per person with a glass of Xanadu Exmoor Cabernet Sauvignon 2017. The price inclusive of the selection of fresh salads, appetizers, premium cheeses and handcrafted desserts.

Roasted Challans Duck a L’Orange with Roasted Chestnut and Orange Sauce is available only for Festive Takeaways. One whole duck can serve a family or group of 3-4 people along with other sides. Flavoured duck with the orange sauce tasted sweet and savoury in flavours perfect for festive season.

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore-Manjari Chocolate Hazelnut Royaltine and Amarena Cherry Yule Log
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore-Holiday Cookies and Sweets
Lastly, Raspberry Litchi Rose Yule Log and Manjari Chocolate Hazelnut Royaltine and Amarena Cherry Yule Log for the festive desserts. We also have the Holiday Cookies and Sweets as well. All these are available on Festive Takeaways until 25 December 2020.

For Afternoon Tea lovers, indulge in Festive Weekend Afternoon Tea at One-Ninety Bar. It is available on weekends December 2020 from 2:00-5:00PM. It is priced at S$48.00++ per pax with choice of Chef Audrey’s signature hot chocolate, freshly brewed coffee or premium teas.
