My first Pince and Pints Lobster Restaurant & Bar experience was few years back when they started their restaurant at Duxton Road in 2014. The brand has since expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and now here at East Coast Road.
I was invited to their 3rd outlet recently with other foodie friends for a dinner session. The interior of the restaurant has the similar design as the ones in Duxton Road. A bar counter and open kitchen at level 1 and more seats available at level 2.
Enough said. Let me share with you the lobster dishes we had that night:
Lobster Mac & Cheese S$29.00++
The dish is filled with succulent chunks of lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, elbow pasta and cognac. I would have it as my main course instead of side dish as it is divinely rich meal. However, the price is quite pricey for this dish though.
Chilli Lobster S$58.00++
The lobsters with chilli sauce dish come with 5 fried mantous as the side. It’s like having chilli crab dish but this comes in lobsters’ version. The lobster meat is definitely succulent and fresh but I personally still prefer to have the original version of chilli dish.
Live Whole Lobster S$58.00++
This comes with a choice of grilled or steamed. I decided to go for grilled and it comes with chef’s salad, straightcut fries and butter sauce as side. I would suggest ordering this instead of the chilli lobster. Love the freshness and natural sweetness of the lobster meat. Yummy!
Lobster Roll S$58.00++
The signature Lobster Roll is a must-order dish when in Pince & Pints. True enough we are still in love with this. Buttery hotdog bun stuffed with lobster meat and chef’s salad, straightcut fried and garlic aioli as sides. I would be back for this I must say…
Apart from the lobster feast, diners can also order hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails to complete the meal. The price of the alcohol drinks start from S$18.00 onwards and mocktails from S$12.00 onwards. Beer and ciders are available as well.
