It’s Christmas week and what are your plans for this festive season? If you are staying in Singapore to celebrate Christmas, why not café hop to Paddy Hills? The café launches the Christmas Truffle Menu Specials that is available til 31 December 2016. My friends and I headed to Paddy Hills over the weekend and had a great feast for dinner.
Here are the dishes that we ordered from the Christmas Truffle Specials Menu:
Autumn Truffle Fries S$26.00
Instagram-worthy parmesan and autumn truffle fries that keep appearing on my Instagram feed. The fresh autumn truffle shaved right in front of us.Superb addictive I would say!
Soft Shell Crab Croissant S$26.00
Soft shell crab comes with Truffle Mac N Cheese, squid ink croissant, bacon crumbs,green soil and magic balls. A beautiful mess dish and full of flavours.
Black Truffle Risotto S$28.00
One of my favourite among the rest of the dish. The risotto comes with oyster mushroom, de-boned chicken wing, parmesan chip and raw quail’s egg yolk. The thoughtfulness in serving de-boned chicken wing which made the whole dish so enjoyable.
Chicken Waffles S$28.00
Fried chicken thigh with maple glazed bacon, apple pear chutney, chowder and pickled shallots on top of the waffle. It is advisable to share the portion with friends because I myself cannot finish everything.
Tenderloin (250g) S$38.00
Tender tenderloin served with pomme puree, foie chawanmushi, burnt scallions and king oyster mushroom.
Christmas Muffcake S$20.00
And of course the highly raved dessert ; Christmas Muffcake. The beautiful cupcake muffin size look dessert comes with berries, mint ice-cream, chocolate soil and magic balls.
Paddy Hills also serve beautiful concocted drinks which definitely an instagram-worthy shots not to miss. If only the location is conveniently accessible, I will be visiting them often. The foods and drinks here are created and prepared with creative fusion touch.
